i just think the sound is a bit muffled and distorted, especially compared to the august shows and the great sounding boards from 10/12 and 10/13. also the mix is kinda weird at times, with the drums really upfront and the vocals kind of low. but don't get me wrong, its completely listenable. after all, in '68, we takes what we can get; only a slight determent to this great show.

I hear you.... they're all pretty much treasures from this era. The higher energy level (possibly owing to youth, as WT has said in the past) makes '67-'69 an entirely different animal from '70 - onwards!~
